I’ve always had a cute face, and small waist, but never enjoyed looking below the belt line. My pear shaped body left me self conscious.
Just as I began to ‘even out’, the depo provera left me with sixty pounds of excess weight. Since loosing the weight, it’s been difficult to keep it off. I go back and forth with it at least once a year.
Never seeing routine exercise as enjoyable, my body is starting to show my age. I notice that my boobs aren’t as perky as they once were, and that my butt isn’t as defined as it used to be.
I’m determined to win this battle.
My hope is that with a few lunges, push-ups and other toning exercises, I should be able to slim up and get a more youthful look. 🙂
I’ll try this for thirty days (beginning today). By my birthday, I should be a bit more comfortable in the new lifestyle and more satisfied with the way things are shaping up.
At 6:30pm, I belly danced for thirty minutes today and worked up a sweat! I also did push-ups. Later on, I’ll do sit-ups. Tomorrow is something new. 🙂
